Adjuster Screw

Finally an end to the difficult and aggravating task of having to tune the high speed jetting on watercraft equipped with the Mikuni I series 44-mm and 46-mm carbs. Even if you don't have modified carburetors, but just aftermarket spark arrestors, you will appreciate the ease of adjustment of the high speed circuit with the JETWORKS high speed adjustors. Often these carburetors are mounted with the high speed screws facing downward and the carburetors are usually underneath the exhaust system making adjustment very difficult, if not impossible. No more flashlight, mirror and small screwdriver needed with the craft firmly on land.

These high speed screws utilize a cross bar and can be quickly adjusted with your fingers without the need for tools. Specially designed to clear and not interfere with the accelerator pump linkage and arm lever.

Also available is a low and high speed screw adjuster for the GPR and XL 1200 with the emission capped 155 horsepower engines. These screw adjusters utilize a crossbar and extend beyond the carburetor body housing allowing simple, tool free adjustments to both low and high speed circuits. Simply drill out and pop out the pressed in plug, unscrew the OEM screw and replace it with our adjuster.

The JETWORKS screw adjusters are designed to clear the accelerator pump arm and lever and are short enough not to interfere with the OEM fuel supply hose rail of hoses.

These two items are intended for competition use only as this would be tampering of the emission controls.

Also available is a replacement accelerator pump nozzle. These nozzles are not available from Mikuni, Sea Doo, or Yamaha separately without the purchase of the carburetor assembly.

The nozzle is easily damaged upon removal and it is necessary to remove the nozzle to do any kind of carb throat modifications.
