The JETWORKS EXHAUST UPGRADE KIT offers increased bottom end response. with more midrange and an increase of 4 to 5 mph at top speed. The JETWORKS EXHAUST UPGRADE KIT also makes the craft more responsive and smoother at off idle speeds and part throttle openings. The JETWORKS EXHAUST UPGRADE KIT perfect for pulling skiers, wake boarders etc. The JETWORKS EXHAUST UPGRADE KIT retains the reliability and integrity of the OEM exhaust system for less than half the cost of an aftermarket exhaust system.

The JETWORKS EXHAUST UPGRADE KIT consists of three major components:
    -A single point water injection kit
    -An exhaust dry kit
    -A flow control valve-to-stinger kit

The water injection kit uses an electronic module to inject water, above idle speeds. This slows down the internal sonic wave which in turn allows the pipe to respond like a much longer torque producing chamber. At high rpm the water is turned off to allow the chamber to function as a high rpm pipe.

The exhaust dry kit is used to further reduce the amount of water going into the chamber. This increases the sonic wave speed, which in turn allows the engine to pull more rpm's.

The flow control valve-to-stinger completely dries the waterbox at speeds below 3,600 rpm. This gives instant response by not having to blow out the excess residual water from the waterbox and exit hoses.

The reason that the JETWORKS EXHAUST UPGRADE KIT works so much better than just an exhaust dry kit alone, is that the water fitting installed on the stinger - tail cone allows a larger volume of water to the stinger at high rpm. This allows you to reduce the jet size on the chamber without over heating the hose to the waterbox, thereby increasing top end more. This water stream has to be large enough to create a wall of water at 90 degrees to the stinger outlet. This creates a similar effect to reducing the outlet diameter which in turn increases back pressure slightly. What is nice about this is that if back pressure increases too high, it will just push the water down stream. A secondary side benefit of this water stream is the increase in reflectability of the exhaust system. In other words, the sonic wave is returned back to the exhaust port with more energy. Energy that would normally be lost out the tail cone.

The JETWORKS EXHAUST UPGRADE KIT does not require internal jet changes. The only adjustment necessary is - having the high speed adjusting screws out to 1/2 turn.

    -an inline secondary filter to make sure that the jets don't clog from debris in the water or sand thru the pump
